Net Zero UK is a division of S I Sealy & Associates Ltd.
S I Sealy, which was formed in 1949 as a building services engineering design consultancy, has, for many years, supported clients in their objective to achieve Net Zero buildings.
We invested in sophisticated building and energy modelling software and upskilling our team to advise clients on the best ways to achieve Net-Zero. Supporting clients in the drive towards Net Zero is such a key part of our business that we have launched this as a division with its own identity whilst still being intrinsic to S I Sealy with the same ethos of high-quality advice and service.
Our design engineers work hand in hand with our building & energy modelling team to deliver innovative and sustainable designs, such as the net-zero carbon Co-operative Headquarters, whilst our technical expertise builds long-lasting relationships with clients by giving precise and practical advice throughout any project.
Our goal is to help our clients achieve “Net Zero Carbon” buildings in terms of operational carbon. We can also provide our clients with advice on reducing the embedded carbon emissions of buildings and help deliver buildings that are truly net-zero carbon in both construction and operation.
