Using industry-leading Level 5 software programmes, our highly experienced team can consider the potential of a building over-heating; and advise on the fenestration, natural ventilation strategies and mechanical boost ventilation. In addition our team can produce reports demonstrating compliance with the Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers’ TM52, TM59 and BB101, which focus on limiting over-heating.
